The Goal of the Program

To support individuals evolving skills that will grant them to be more independent either within their home or outside in the community-- bed making and teeth brushing, or as complex as successfully maneuvering in the community and interacting with strangers.

Our Respite Services

In-Home Respite

We bring care to you. Care is provided at an in-home environment, where the individual is accustomed and quality care can be provided at home by a professional. 

Outdoor Respite

We provide and host community activities to alleviate day-time commitments. Some of the activities include, but are not limited to: arts and creative dramatics, music and dance, sports (including bowling day camp/weekend camp), and other recreational activities and social programs. 

Community Habilitation

We offer several day-time activities for individuals with individuals that focus on community building and personal development. These services are primarily provided on-site and among others, if that is what is preferred. Each individual is provided a variety of fun and enriching opportunities and experiences depending on their own individual interests, concerns, and choices. 

Respite Care

Services We Provide

Our Community Habilitation Program is geared towards those individuals who would benefit from more personalized attention. Individuals enrolled in the program are assigned a staff member who is specifically trained in aiding the particular area an individual may need assistance in to experience a better lived experience.
