Our Team
Chief Executive Officer, Churchill Egone, has been an active member of the special education community since 1994, receiving a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Touro College New York. As a teacher in the Yonkers School District, he witnessed a need for increased care for disabled individuals and subsequently founded Inclusive Links in 2015, a non-profit organization with a profound focus on respite care. Inclusive Links, led by Churchill, now provides care to over 900 families across three major New York cities. Despite the organization's growth, Churchill remains well involved with impactful measures that support our families and believes this level of untested commitment within our professionals – from the CEO to the care-providers– is what makes the difference. It is thus our priority to always support every member of the Inclusive Links family, as our purpose and values must be in line with the community and individuals we serve. Inclusive Links continues to create changes that clear the path to helping people with developmental disabilities live a more fulfilling life in our community.
